Owned and ran by father and son, Chris and Marc Lilley. Our Cidery is based in the heart of Somerset, England. Since starting the business in 2007, Chris and Marc Lilley still have a very active role within the business where they share their cider knowledge with the team and head all current development of new and old ciders alike. They are passionate about creating modern English cider pushing beyond traditional styles by incorporating only the most delicious fruit and ingredients to make delightful, memorable cider.

Using unique ideas, creating bold new flavours has won us some sought after accolades.

We are the proud holder of 3 Great Taste Awards including one prestigious Gold 3-Star Award for our Bee Sting Perry in 2018. See judges’ comments on our Bee Sting Perry below;

An enticing champagne colour and clarity with a tinkling pear aroma, the warm flavour of sun ripened pears; a medium sweet perry as described - not too sweet, quite elegant and altogether enjoyable.

A terrific balance between sweet and sharp, excellent sparkle, a complex, multi-layered drink with a really good balance between the different elements. An extremely well-crafted and elegant perry.

We have also received many CAMRA Awards from Festivals across the country as well as stocking a number of Cider & Perry CAMRA Pubs of the Year.

Our Mango Cider is the Top Rated Fruit Cider on UNTAPPD.
